- The Home will comfortably support up to, and is limited to, six residents.

- Two acre hilltop setting with park-like grounds.
- Over 3,000 sq. ft. of living space.
- View of Lake Spokane (Long Lake) from every bedroom.
- Located in cul-de-sac on level street, with easy parking.
- We take pride in providing a variety of healthy, tasty meals and snacks. We encourage the input of each resident with the menu!
- Twenty-four (24) hour awake staff.
- Females and Males are both welcome.
- The road to Suncrest (Highway 291) is continually maintained by Stevens County and is very safe thoughout the winter season.
- Four private rooms and an extra large semi-private room.
- Private pay and state contracts are invited.
- Assistance with transportation available. Accessible to medical transportation.
- Respite care, Hospice services, and end of life care available.
